I first sang in public in 1965, I was immediately addicted to applause . Had my friend teach me a few chords on guitar, I thought I would get the women, as I aged I began to tell the women to leave me alone (Can't you see I am busy playing music?) I have played in a bunch of bands from big band jazz to country, with blues, rock & southern rock between them. I have done a single act a lot (It is so easy to get everyone to rehearsals), & hosted open mic shows. I spent 13 years in Memphis playing my harps, sitting in with a wide variety of artists, & steeping myself in the blues. I am known as a Harmonica player. I am currently back in my hometown, semi-retired, concentrating on songwriting, & sitting in at jams, and gigs.
