Memorial Day weekend I’m usually here. For decades I’ve applied and been accepted to perform (usually a half hour stage presentation) at this event. The last 6 years, I’ve also been host to a free workshop for those interested in learning how to make music with a hand saw. The workshop has grown to be one of the most popular at the festival. If you miss either of those appearances, usually scheduled for early to mid Saturday, look for me on the grounds offering my bottleneck blues and handsaw hijinks to the many visitors to this annaul folkapaloosa. Serious Blues for serious times,
